A tire change needs a usable spare and a safe work area. Tell Rick’s if you have no spare, damaged wheels or a missing locking lug key.
My keys are locked inside
Have your year, make, model and exact location ready. If someone is trapped and in immediate danger, call 911.
I ran out of fuel
Tell Rick’s your fuel type, vehicle details and exact stopping location. Avoid repeated start attempts. Confirm fuel and service availability by phone.
My car is overheating
Stop when safe, switch the engine off and do not open a hot coolant cap. Explain steam, leaks and temperature warnings when requesting help.
I need towing
Tell Rick’s the pickup and destination, vehicle drivetrain, keys and whether it rolls and steers. Wheel-lift compatibility and access must be checked.
