Customer reviews of Rick’s

Rick was very professional and extremely kind. He went out of his way to try getting my car to turn on so that I wouldn't need a tow.

This service is excellent. We called them asking for a tow after trying to jump start our hybrid. Rick reassured us that he could get our car started without a tow.

Rick went above and beyond towing my car! Not only was it reasonably priced, he arrived within the exact time he told me he would be there and provided excellent advice about my car’s broken alternator.

He was courteous and knowledgeable about cars. Towed my car to the shop in no time and even sent me a picture of the car being dropped off at the mechanic shop.

He gave my car a jump start, and even stuck around to make sure everything was good before I drove off.
