Finding your vehicle in Loyola
For the Loyola area in Rogers Park, distinguish campus parking, a neighborhood street and parking near Loyola Beach. Provide the lot or street address and the entrance; these locations have different access routes.
Campus and private lots may require permission. If the car is near the beach, identify an authorized vehicle route rather than a pedestrian path. Describe battery symptoms or the availability of a usable spare before choosing a service.
Related local names and pickup landmarks: Loyola Beach, Loyola University area. The exact street address is the best way to locate the car.
Choose help for what happened
Rick’s provides light-duty wheel-lift towing. Flatbed, heavy-duty and specialized low-clearance garage towing are not offered. Vehicle fit and access must be assessed before dispatch. A jump start does not repair a failed starter or alternator; tire-change service requires a usable spare and a suitable working location.
Details to have ready
- Pickup address, nearest intersection and the entrance that reaches the car.
- Year, make, model and drivetrain; key availability and whether it rolls and steers.
- What happened, any warning lights and previous start attempts.
- Repair destination if towing is needed, including receiving hours and key instructions.
Call for the current availability, arrival estimate and total quote. Open 24/7 describes service hours, not a guaranteed arrival time. If anyone is injured or exposed to immediate danger, call 911 first.
