Towing & roadside assistance in Wilmette

Confirm the address, access and receiving destination

For Wilmette service, give the full street address and whether the car is in a driveway, garage, street space or private lot. A village name does not establish the distance or approach for the pickup. Lake View East is Rick’s primary service area; call to confirm availability for this address.

For a tow into Chicago or another suburb, provide the receiving location and its hours. If no one will be there, obtain instructions for vehicle placement and the key handoff before arranging transportation.

A car that starts with a boost but stalls again

A successful jump start does not prove the battery or charging system is healthy. If the car stalls again, warning lights remain or it will not restart, explain the sequence. Read what to do after a jump start before deciding to drive.

If transport is the safer option, discuss longer-distance towing with the complete route and vehicle details. Confirm the total quote and compatibility rather than assuming a short local-tow price applies.

Choose help for the actual problem

Rick’s offers compatible wheel-lift towing, jump starts, authorized lockouts, usable-spare changes, fuel delivery and assessed battery replacement. Explain the symptoms before selecting a service.

Rick’s does not provide flatbed or heavy-duty towing. Confirm the pickup conditions and vehicle fit. Open 24/7 describes hours, not a guaranteed arrival time.
